Who is responsible
PawPlots Inc. operates PawPlots. Send privacy questions and rights requests to pawplotsapp@gmail.com. This notice covers the current website and the Google sign-in account flow in the development app. Additional mobile-game disclosures will be provided for the location, advertising, payment, and reward services used by the released game.
Google sign-in account information
If you choose Continue with Google in the PawPlots development app, Google handles your sign-in and provides basic account information to Supabase, our authentication and account database provider. This includes your email address, name, profile-picture information, and account identifiers. PawPlots receives this information through Supabase. PawPlots does not receive your Google password.
How sign-in information is used and shared
We use this information to authenticate your PawPlots account, identify your cloud profile and wallet record, and set your initial player display name. Google and Supabase process information needed to provide their sign-in and account-hosting services. The current sign-in implementation does not send Google profile information to an advertising service. The development app currently keeps its gameplay economy on your device; signing in does not yet sync land or gameplay progress across devices. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Supabase’s Privacy Policy for those providers’ practices.
Sign-in storage and your controls
The app stores PawPlots session tokens on your device to restore your sign-in when you reopen it, and saves your player display name locally. Signing out clears the locally stored session tokens. It does not delete your Supabase account, cloud profile, or locally saved gameplay information. Provider records and backups are subject to their retention practices. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by PawPlots, email pawplotsapp@gmail.com using the instructions on our Data Deletion page.
Information involved when you visit
The website’s hosting and delivery services receive information needed to serve requests, such as your IP address, requested page, request time, and browser or device information. This can also be used for reliability, security, and abuse prevention. The website itself has no sign-up form, checkout, advertising SDK, or site analytics script. It does not request GPS permission. Selecting an animal and tapping it changes the page locally; those interactions are not sent to a PawPlots analytics service.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate the issue, and handle privacy or deletion requests. Gmail processes these messages as our email service. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification, or precise location history unless a secure and specifically justified process has been arranged.
Fonts, maps, and external links
The website requests font files from Google Fonts and Google’s font delivery service, which receive network and browser information when those files load. Loading the world map connects your browser to OpenStreetMap and its map services; they receive your IP address and the map requests you make. Your GPS location is not requested by this website. External links and email links are handled by the relevant provider under its own privacy notice.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the website, respond to messages, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a lawful basis is required, these activities are based on legitimate interests in operating a secure service and answering enquiries, legal obligations where applicable, or consent for optional functionality where required. You can choose not to load the external map.
Who may receive it
Website hosting and delivery providers, Google’s font services, OpenStreetMap services when you load the map, and our email provider may process the information described above. We may disclose information where lawfully required or necessary to investigate security abuse. The current website does not send visitor information to a PawPlots advertising or data-sale service. This does not describe future app SDKs; those must be disclosed in the app notice before use.
Storage, retention, and security
Messages are kept while handling your enquiry and for a proportionate period needed for follow-up, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations. Hosting, email, and external-service records are also subject to their providers’ retention practices. We avoid asking for unnecessary information. Internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. A request for deletion will be assessed against any lawful need to retain a limited record.
International processing
Service providers may process information outside your country. Applicable protection requirements and transfer safeguards depend on the relevant service and jurisdiction. Ask us for information about a particular transfer or provider. We do not claim that all website information stays in one country.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy regulator. Email pawplotsapp@gmail.com to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify it and will respond within applicable legal time limits. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. See Data Deletion for request instructions.
Children and mobile-game location
This website is an informational preview, not a service for collecting children’s profiles. Do not submit a child’s personal information to us. If you believe it has been supplied, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. The mobile prototype includes location-based gameplay; its released app must disclose precise-location collection, sharing, retention, permissions, and age eligibility before collecting that information.
