Using the website
Use the website lawfully and responsibly. You may browse its content for personal use. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, impersonate others, or misuse contact details. Access to an externally hosted or restricted preview may also be subject to the hosting provider’s terms.
Virtual land and animal residents
A PawPlot is a virtual game item associated with a map location. It is not real property, an investment, a tenancy, or a right to enter the real-world location. Animal residents are game characters. Respect property boundaries, traffic rules, and your surroundings when playing.
Income and real rewards
PawPlots is designed so eligible plot income can be converted into real rewards. Redemption is not currently available through this website. Supported rewards, eligibility, verification, minimum amounts, fees, and processing times must be published before redemption launches. A displayed game balance is not a bank deposit, an interest-bearing account, or a guarantee of any particular earnings. PawCoins and other virtual items are distinct from an eligible redeemable balance.
Development and availability
Features, artwork, rates, availability, and release plans may change during development. Examples and previews are not promises of a release date, income level, or reward availability. Do not make a purchase based solely on a future feature or an illustrative earnings figure.
Purchases and refunds
This website has no checkout and does not currently accept payments. Any future transaction must show its price, product, seller, billing terms, and applicable refund conditions before you pay. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. See the Refunds page for how to report a payment issue.
Fair use and intellectual property
The PawPlots name, artwork, website content, and software belong to PawPlots Inc. or their respective owners. Browsing does not transfer ownership. You may not copy or distribute protected content without permission or another lawful basis. Do not use cheats, automation, false location information, or exploits to obtain an unfair advantage in the game. Report vulnerabilities privately by email.
Third-party services and privacy
The website uses external font services and an optional OpenStreetMap embed. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. The Privacy Policy and Cookies & External Services page explain these connections. We do not control third-party websites.
Availability, responsibility, and your rights
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights concerning fraud or negligence. No mandatory arbitration, shortened claim period, or waiver of statutory rights is imposed by these website terms.

Disputes should first be raised with pawplotsapp@gmail.com; any unresolved dispute remains subject to applicable law and the courts with lawful jurisdiction.
